HOW TO SUBMIT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SHOW
For complete instructions, list of judges and explanation of categories, please download the ProShow CFE PDF. There are 2 ways to enter your work, either online or by mail.
Pay Online & Upload
We have streamlined the online entry process this year. There's no need to name your files or complete the Payment Form. To pay and upload your entries online, please have all your images formatted as:
- Vertical images must be 7-inches wide
- Horizontal images must be 10-inches wide
- 300 dpi
- RBG
- Jpg
- Animation: entries must be submitted in Quick Time on disk
- Books: enter the cover and 3 representative spreads
- Websites: enter homepage and 3 representative pages
Single entries are $30 and Series (3–5 images only) are $35. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
All entries must be uploaded by March 15.
Mail your disk and payment
If you prefer to enter your work on disk, the complete instructions and forms for mailing your entries and payment are found in the ProShow Call for Entries pdf.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express or check or money order drawn in US funds.
All entries must be postmarked by March 15.
Artist Reps and Publishers
If you are an artist rep or publisher and would like to submit work for multiple artists, download the ProShow CFE PDF and submit entries on a single disk. The Payment Form should be completed by the representative or publisher. You'll also need to include a complete list of the artists’ names and email addresses for publication purposes. For further assistance, please email our Show Coordinator.
